We are a global educational company with operational parts in the field of acute medicine based in Berlin, Germany.
In 1994 I took part in further training for paramedics. At the time, it was fashionable to follow the US Paramedics approach.
So I was told insistently that I would have to ask every patient the following three questions without exception;
Have you had such a complaint before? Has your family doctor already been informed about this complaint? Do you regularly take medication for this condition?
At the final exam I met a patient with an amputation injury.
This anecdote would still be conceivable today without further ado.
We, PRIMUS MEDICINAE, are committed to the highest level of professionalism in the field of acute medicine. And so to this day we do not teach everything possible, but we do teach everything necessary.

Primus Medicinae is currently the only European company to hold the original license for the "Stop The Bleed" program.
This license was granted to us directly by the United States Department of Defense.
The "Stop The Bleed" program benefits exclusively from the experience gained in the treatment of serious injuries by personnel without any other medical background.
Philosophy
We include the Star of Life on all our certifications, courtesy of the United States Department of Transportation.
We are proud of our tradition of helping people in need.
We have deeply anchored this philosophy in all our business areas. An example is our partnership agreement, with which we commit ourselves to structuring at least ten percent of our activities pro bono.

We, PRIMUS MEDICINAE, are officially licensed by the Committee for Tactical Emergency Casuality Care.
This license is a special recognition of our ability to provide emergency assistance in difficult tactical situations.
We, Primus Medicinae, are a voting member of the European Union of Medical Emergency Teams.
This membership honors our operational skills in supporting European projects in a special way.
Politics
We are clearly committed to freedom, equality and fraternity. In addition, we see ourselves in the democratic tradition of all European institutions.
Therefore, under no circumstances are we open to extremism, racism, sexism or discrimination of any kind.
All our contracts therefore contain a clause which immediately and compulsorily terminates any service if the relevant statements are made.
EXPERT GROUP
PRIMUS MEDICINAE is currently working with organizations, institutions, associations, units and establishments on three continents.
All our trainers also hold the highest national qualifications in the field of emergency medicine and the PARAMEDIC license.
PRIMUS MEDICINAE is subject to constant quality control. Due to our wide range of services, we need appropriate experts from all specialist areas.
These requirements are constantly checked, evaluated and adjusted by our Expert Group.
In this way, we ensure that all faculties always have the most up-to-date recognized level of knowledge.
PRIMUS MEDICINAE is the first educational institution in the world to launch a certified advanced training program for medical laypersons.
With the original MFAP training, we are the only ones who offer the best opportunity to qualify medically to be deployed worldwide.
Primus Medicinae Instructor

Every PRIMUS MEDICINAE instructor has the license of a paramedic.
Our German instructors also have a state examination (emergency paramedic) or at least a completed career examination from the fire brigade (fire officer), the police (police officer) or the army (sergeant).
